As seen on Fox 46 “Good Day Charlotte” and some news outlets and online blogs/podcasts, the founder of Arte’ Couture Consulting Services, thoroughly believes that personal image is rooted in confidence. This confidence is an attainable state of mind that allows successful interaction with others and the ability to obtain goals; all of which means that you are comfortable in your own skin.
Chino, the founder of Arte’ Couture Consulting Services, is a well-known, eloquent public speaker, a tutor, mentor and a gifted individual with an eye for fashion and style.
He works with corporate professionals to evaluate and re-evaluate their wardrobe, color schemes, season changes and to note, helps clients to create a look that is exotic, trendy/fashionable and professional.
Chino has been continuously working in the industry for approximately twenty years. He has worked within department stores and with designers such as Armani, Dolce & Gabbana, Kenneth Cole, Perry Ellis and Claiborne for men. With strong and detailed experience, he later joined the band wagon of Ann Taylor Loft, who sells and markets a fine line of clothing for women.

After leaving the company, Chino further cultivated and developed his skills and expertise to independently tutor and coach fashion models in print and on the runway. In addition, in the year of 2007, he successfully planned and produced his own fashion shows/galas particularly in February 2007 when he has worked with models associated with Devoe Signature Events, who hosted the "Full Figured & Fabulous Runway Competition" Charlotte, NC. His clients all placed as 1st, 2nd & 3rd winners in Division One and 2nd & 3rd winners in Division Two. Others include bi-yearly shows and galas as well as New York, Atlanta and DC Fashion weeks to name a few.
Chino continuously working to perfect and expand his craft when in 2014 he founded and created his treasured prize “Chino’ Arte’ By Wayne®”; a men's wear/women's wear clothing brand. This brand offers a luxury classic, vintage, trendy and retro style with a modern look of sensibility. In 2015, he acquired is a Patent (Registration Mark) for the Brand from the USPTO and went on to make a Debut in April of 2018.
His collection, MODA Collection, is a combination of red carpet and vintage clothing. These pieces are not just stylish in looks, but also custom-made, chic and modern with a contemporary cutting edge.
